Healthy play habits

• Play for fun, not for outcomes. The game is designed as entertainment — the multiplier ladder is the show, not a strategy.
• Set your own limits. Decide in advance how much time you want to spend and stick to it.
• In-app purchases are always optional. You can play Max Wall entirely for free. Only buy coins if it adds to your fun, never to "win back" anything.
• Take breaks. If a session stops feeling enjoyable, that's the signal to close the app.
• Keep it in balance. A game should never compete with sleep, work, relationships, or finances.

Tools available to you

• Spending controls — both iOS (Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions) and Android (Google Play purchase authentication) let you restrict or password-protect in-app purchases at the device level.
• Time limits — device-level screen-time tools on iOS and Android can cap daily time in the app.
• Account deletion — you can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account or our Account Deletion page.

Minors

Max Wall is strictly 18+. If you believe a minor is playing, contact us at support@playmaxwall.com and we will act on it. We also recommend enabling parental controls on shared devices.

Even though Max Wall involves no real money, if you feel that gaming — here or anywhere — is becoming hard to control, consider talking to someone you trust or a professional. Support organizations for gaming and gambling-related concerns exist in most countries and are typically free and confidential.
