1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement. The Game contains simulated gambling mechanics and is not intended for minors.
2. Nature of the Game
Max Wall is a free-to-play social game. All gameplay uses virtual game coins. The Game does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money, real-world prizes, or anything of monetary value. Practice or success at social casino-style gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your device and any sign-in credentials linked to your account.
- You may play only for yourself, on your own account, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or exploit bugs.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account or via our Account Deletion page.
4. Virtual currency and in-app purchases
- Game coins are licensed to you, not sold. They remain our property and you receive only a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them within the Game.
- Coins have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the Game, and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to other players or third parties. Any attempted transfer is void.
- Optional in-app purchases of coins are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their payment terms. Prices are shown before purchase.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policy of the relevant app store.
- If your account is deleted or terminated, any remaining coins are forfeited without compensation.
- We may modify coin prices, amounts, game mechanics, odds presentation, or features at any time.
5. Fair play and prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use bots, automation, scripts, or unauthorized third-party software to play;
- exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics (report them to support@playmaxwall.com instead);
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game client, servers, or network traffic;
- attempt to buy, sell, or trade accounts or coins outside the Game;
- interfere with the operation of the Services or other players' use of them;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Game outcomes are determined server-side by a random number generation system. Any manipulation attempt is a material breach of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, artwork, animations, sounds, names, and logos, is owned by [COMPANY NAME] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal entertainment only. 7. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that your progress or coin balance will persist through updates, migrations, or discontinuation.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
